By engaging WebTechMedia Pvt. Ltd. for digital marketing, web development, e-commerce management, quick commerce listing or PR services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
WebTechMedia provides web design & development, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and others), quick commerce listing (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto), PR & media relations, mobile app development, branding and IT solutions to clients across Delhi NCR, India and internationally.
Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement prior to commencement.
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, brand assets, approvals and information required to deliver the contracted services.
Fees are payable as per the agreed proposal, typically on a monthly retainer or milestone basis. Late payments may result in a pause of active services.
While we apply industry best practices, WebTechMedia cannot guarantee specific search rankings, ad performance, marketplace sales figures or media placements, as these depend on factors outside our direct control, including third-party platform algorithms.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (website code, designs, content) transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licensed tools, stock assets or WebTechMedia's proprietary processes.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
WebTechMedia's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the preceding month.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
