This Refund Policy applies to all digital marketing, web development, e-commerce management and PR services purchased from WebTechMedia Pvt. Ltd. by clients in Delhi NCR, across India, or internationally.
As our services involve significant time, strategy and resource investment from the point of onboarding, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund minus any payment gateway charges will be issued within 7-10 business days.
If services are cancelled after work has begun, clients will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for undelivered milestones only, after deducting costs already incurred (such as ad spend, third-party tools or completed deliverables).
Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting fees, paid advertising spend already deployed on Google/Meta/Amazon platforms, and government/marketplace registration fees are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email info@webtechmedia.in with your project details and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
Since digital marketing outcomes (rankings, sales, media coverage) depend on multiple external factors, dissatisfaction with results alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. We instead offer strategy revisions and additional optimisation at no extra cost within the contracted period.
